The Bloodhound is one of the breeds singled out by the Kennel Club as having a limited gene pool.
Most bloodhound pedigrees show repetition of hound names within a single 3-generation pedigree.
This is not the case for the Scentall L-litter. The closest that the puppies are line-bred is to
Ch. Marksbury Quoniam Sanft, occuring in the 3rd and 6th generation columns.
The next most numerous recurrence is Ch. Brightons Gunman and Ch. Barsheen Bluebell of Robinswood
as in many British bloodhounds, both once at the 4th generation and at the sixth generation and beyond,
such as both sides of Brighton's Overture.
All these result in inbreeding coefficients less than 0.1.
